* Family members each should register individually.
* Please ensure to wear a mask, sanitize your hands, check-in via MySejahtera app, or scan the QR code.
* Parents are responsible for their children’s SOP
* Elderly folks who are ill or with low immunity are advised to stay home and join the service via Livestream.

IMPORTANT:
* Those who DO NOT have any symptoms of COVID-19, may attend the service.
The symptoms are fever 37.5 or above, cough, shortness of breath, chills & rigors, muscle pain, loss of taste or smell.
